About Me

I have worked at Granite Hills High School since 2000, the second year GHHS was open. Prior to working at GHHS I was a 7th/ 8th Science Teacher for Burton Middle School. Before I became a science teacher I worked as a biologist/chemist in a variety of laboratories in the private and academic sector including virology, DNA Chemistry and Environmental Chemistry.

I am originally from Michigan where I graduated from high school. I graduated from University of Southern California with a B.S. in Biology and received my Teaching Credential from Chapman University in 1997.
