My Giants:

My parents Chuck & Alice Harriger gave me physical life and a spirit to enjoy life.

I became a Christian in 1962 when I asked Jesus Christ into my life.  Because of Him, I have no fear of life or death.

I attended Foothill High School in Bakersfield and graduated in 1973.  One of my favorite teachers was Richard Ross who inspired me to further explore mathematics.

I was married to Tricia on August 22nd, 1975.   Her encouragement to me has been my breath of life.

I attended Fresno Pacific College and studied under Wil Reimer.  Wil had studied under George Polya at Stanford University.  His love of teaching opened my eyes to the direction my life should take.

My Masters' Degree was also completed at Fresno Pacific in 1988.  Dr. Arthur Weibe and Dr. Larry Ecklund were my supervisors.   These men taught me to not be afraid to pursue creativity and innovation.

I  am grateful to those in my life who have given me the knowledge and courage to live a meaningful life.
